The Official TW Fitness Leaderboard

In the spirit of making this community a little more competitive and pushing us all a little harder, I'd like to offer you all the opportunity to brag and put up your record numbers here. I'll freely add categories as long as it's not something obscure like "most tradeoff curls done while being fellated by two hot cardio bunnies." (For one I'd win and two I'd like to keep it as legitimate as possible)

The Rules:

1) Post your best running time, weight lifted, etc in this thread. (Keep it simple)
2) Multi-Sport split times count as a record (if verifiable)
3) Use these times to help motivate you in a quest to be more fit

Awesome records may be subject to verification. If you're claiming you just ran a 2:10 marathon or dead-lifted a Ford F-150 you'd better be able to back it up.

I could also really use someone's help formatting these records nicely in this thread so feel free to offer suggestions.

glarebear is right about records :/

I still dislike the whole "when I was in high school" jazz

big respect for any long distance time regardless of when it happened (happy now obskure :F )

edits for correctionz

Obskure 06-27-2011 20:06

So should I throw out my marathon time too? (****ing tard)

BeLiaL 06-27-2011 20:16

you should have overhead press for a lift

TeckMan 06-27-2011 21:08

I rowed 500m on a c2 in 1:31.5

a record is a record, regardless of when it was set

the mile world record has stood since the late 90s and that's still relevant

besides, if the record hasn't been broken in years doesn't that just add more fuel to the fire to go after it?

done. i added mil press too. bikes are added but i only have century rides for the distance

i want you lifters to start throwing up some numbers. bikers too

BeLiaL 06-27-2011 22:09

i would put up numbers, but prop has me beaten in pretty much all the categories so....

but here's this for pull-up with weight http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXcFAdl1da0

i weighed 160lbs at that time

Obskure 06-27-2011 22:09

Also probably reword half and full triathlon to half/full ironman

Glare 06-27-2011 22:17

ironman is a brand of triathlon like rock 'n roll is to marathon

Obskure 06-27-2011 22:19

It is, but triathlon is a category and not a distance. Or just put 70.3 and 140.6

Reno 06-28-2011 03:29
