I have been looking into HDTVs for a while and made the decision that I do not want to give up the money for it. I have a 22" Samsung 226BW monitor and I am looking for a solid TV tuner $100 or less. I will be hooking basic cable up to it and it needs a remote. This will be with a laptop so no PCI.
