    Manually Assigning IRQ channels to devices?

    Is there anyway to re-assign IRQ channels to certain devices in windows 2k pro? Windows has somehow managed to put my USB Controller, Network Card, On board sound card, and video card on all the same IRQ channel (11). I've read somewhere that this would be a cause bottleneck in system...
