Your first reason isn't really a reason anymore,,, not with Venezuela around
hell that place would be a cake walk to take over compared to the middle east
Your second reason is the only reason we've always been over there.

Except venezuela doesn't want to play with us any more..or anyone else really. The government took over their oil a few years ago and kicked all non domestic countries out
