those things are never accurate

it just matters how you train.. if you're some retard doing reps of 12 or something, that chart's going to tell you your max is way over what it actually is

just fyi, those things are generally not accurate at all for novices, as they are able to lift high reps closer to their one-rep max than an advanced weightlifter who is lifting close to his genetic potential
