Then if those governments do not want their civilians to suffer they will turn over any terrorists they are harboring.

Just cause there are warnings, lists, and other watch dogs doesn't mean someone noticed. Those lists get hundreds of warnings a DAY. Which ones are cranks? Which ones are propaganda? Which ones are legit?

If they listened to every warning going, we might as well have martial law.

Yup, Palestinians (sp?) in the West Bank were celebrating in the streets.

I think i'm gonna try and start a blood drive where i work or something. I need to do something to help out or i'll go crazy. Anyone who can give blood I ask you to go and do so soon. I'm sure the blood will be very needed nationwide with this many injuries.

Tell me how you get enough firepower and manpower on a passenger jet to take complete control over it? They also had pilots on the fuckin jets that did this. No way any pilot would do such a thing if he was gonna die anyways. This could have been prevented. That's a pretty big fuck up on security. People were either bought out or were just too inempt to take care of their job. Its a shame. I would hate to have something like that on my conscience.

Reports are indicating residents of eastern Jerusalem, the West Bank, and southern Lebanon are celebrating the mass terror attacks in the United States at this time. Dozens of Palestinian youths have taken to the streets and are distributing candies on a main thoroughfare passing through eastern Jerusalem. Israeli police are reportedly clashing with the youths. Elsewhere in the West Bank, Palestinian Authority policemen are attempting to stop the spontaneous celebrations.

I just watched Blairs speech. He virtually said we are at war with terrorists.

Personally, I think all countries should band together and totally eradicate any and all terrorist and terrorist organizations no matther what country they are located in.

They want terror then we should bring it home to them so they are always looking over their shoulder wondering if the next person they see will be their last.

Make the terrorists live in fear for once.

Then you are no better than they are PJ. The individuals, and groups responsible for this should be dealt with as decisively as possibly. The USA is an extremely strong country, with unbelievable resources. We all know that this is an act of war. Those responsible WILL pay, dearly.

I think we agree on that point PJ. I think carpet bombing countries sympathetic to terrorists is something we won't see.

There is now a job to be done. I'm quite certain the US will handle it quickly and with surgical precision.

No matter how minor or severe the devastation, some people are always quick to jump up and proclaim that the event could have been prevented, that intelligence agencies didn't do their job, etc.

Don't you dare speculate on Americans letting thousands of other American civilians die either because of payoffs or ineptitude.

Couple things:

The palestinians were celebrating in Jerusalem(?). This was on ABC news earlier this morning. Haven't been looking on the web for news so couldn't give ya a site.

Second, we just saw a hell of a lot of our rights disappear in flames. America will never be the same. We will tighten down security and our individual rights will get even more restricted. I'm not advocating either way just saying what I think will happen :(

Just heard from my wife that some guy was able to get a cell phone call out from the plane in Pennsylvania. He said the plane had been hijacked. Apparently the pilots suicided the plane before it could be used as another bomb against a city.

Then give me a better explanation for it. How do you take conrol of a plane like that if noone fucked up?
