Yeah bro, ****in' go into that gym and exacerbate that ****. The bigger the injury the more of a man you are. While you're at it, stab yourself in the eye with an ice pick. **** bro if one of those barbarians in A Game of Thrones can do it, you can.

Oh, sorry man, my testosterone got the best of me.

Maybe someone who knows more about physiology than I do can comment. An upper back pain while doing biceps sounds strange, but again I'm no expert.

sounds like a "pinched" nerve or something equally minor

ie, quit being a *****, it will go away

Don't do what hurts until it stops hurting.

The best thing to do is ignore any injury, refuse to go to the doctor, and prove your manliness by continuing to lift weights.

It's probably just a pinched nerve.

You'll be fine, but it's no real reason to stop lifting. Also...something tells me your form isn't too hot.

if it affects your ability to turn your neck, I would go to see a doctor.
if it's one sided and centered around your shoulder plate, I would not worry too much about it.

i am guessing you didn't isolate your biceps properly but instead lifted with shoulder (deltoideus and trapezius) ?
or your back was not straight.... in which case it is possible that you've hurt a disc between your vertebrae, which is not very fun thing to do.

Well the pain is low right now, i did chest/triceps yesterday and i felt good... i felt a little bit of pain in some exercises but nothing wow. And about quitting im not saying that i was going to quit i said that i was afraid to lift weights "Now" i meant "Now" (Ahora) (Ahorita) (Present Time).. any way you understand :P!

And thanks :)!

truthfully, unless something is really terrible, continiing to work through it is one of the best things you can do for rehab

This.

Controlled, graduated motion will give you the best and quickest recovery.

Immobilization, except in specific circumstances, will generally lead to an excess of scar tissue and disuse atrophy.
