Good time to come back to WoW?

I left wow at around when the Trial of the crusader thing came out, I have an epic'd out resto shaman, epic'd out hunter and like a 70 DK which i was planning on to use to tank.

is it worth it to come back to wow? is the lich king raid exclusive? (kind of like how BT was exclusive to t6 raiders back in TBC)

I lost interest in WoW PvP when all that burst damage went insane, but some of the raids/dungeons look fun.

Gearing up is easy, ICC is kinda fun and not terribly difficult. If you got the gold, gearing up enough to do ICC 10/25 normal is pretty effortless.
