hey guys

as i have one more year left in college ive really started to go overboard in terms of drinking. recently i noticed i had a hard spot under one of my nipples (gynecomastia) i've been researching this a bunch and it turns out that drinking lots of alcohol really diminishes testosterone production.

At the same time I've been attempting to build a lot of mass. Lowered testosterone production, of course, makes this difficult. Is there anyway to continue my lifestyle (of drinking a lot, its actually pretty fun) without having big tits or lowered testosterone? anyone deal with this/ have any experience with natural t-boosters?

I heard that beer is converted by your body into estrogen or helps in the production of estrogen.
This is why heavy beer drinkers have bitch tits and a big belly.

No, Blazindave is right, but it isn't just beer. All alcohol consumption in high doses causes elevation of estrogen levels.

OP, you need to figure out what you want to do more, drink or be physically healthy. You can try to take testosterone supplements to counteract the effects but I couldn't say if that would work or not. You are probably just going to have to decide which is more important to you.

testosterone supplements? aren't those called 'steroids' ?

There is a difference between free-flowing test and test, which is what seperates from one a steroid

no, there's no way to drink a lot and avoid those problems. I wish. Sorry bro.

the natural test-boosters don't work
alcohol does more damage to your gains than lowering testosterone production
it causes your body to stop building muscle and store fat
not to mention the copious amount of empty calories...
