Not pickles though I do love them.
Was wondering if anyone had a dish recipe or meat recipe that calls for fresh dill.
My mouth keeps watering thinking it.
I seem to remember a type of fish or something that calls for dill.

Homemade tzatziki sauce on grilled lamb or chicken, NYC street cart style. I'm sure you can find some recipes on google.

Dill can be used in hundreds of different dishes. As far as fish goes, its a fairly common dish to serve salmon with a dill/cucumber tzatziki, or baste the salmon with a dill/lemon mix as you grill (or saute?) it.

That's one good cuke salad, but I prefer it without the sour cream (less fat).
1 cuke
1 onion
2 tomatoes
some apple cider vinegar
some olive oil
some water
salt & pepper
some dill
Skin and slice the cuke into discs. Skin and slice the onion into rings. Slice the tomatoes into bite-sized wedges. Throw in a bowl. Dump in some vinegar, probably 8 tablespoons, and a couple of tbsp of olive oil. Season it with sea salt, ground black pepper, and dill. Throw in a little water to get the vinegar tasting right. Chill and serve.
