Anyone have a good scallop recipe?

I am craving scallops. Pan seared, grilled, baked in filo I don't care.

I do want to try something new, got anything?

I put scallops in the beurre blanc dish I made the other night

I know what a balsamic reduction is, but how does one make a bacon balsalmic reduction?

Render bacon, add balsamic, reduce.

Blasamic reduced with hot sauce can be great with shellfish.

i prefer to mist with olive oil, coat in pepper, throw on a hot ass grill (or frying pan) for a minute or two per side. wrap in tin foil and let sit for 5-10 minutes. squeeze a bit of lemon on top. so good and doesnt destroy the subtle natural sweetness of the scallop.
