resting heart rates

ok. so i realized the other day that my longstanding impression of what a normal and healthy resting heart rate for my size may be wrong.

since everyone loves to post pics and give stats about their pecks/lats/penis, thought i'd see how others do so i know how out of shape i really am.
if you know the following, plz post:

height
weight
resting heart rate*
how many times/wk do you workout, if so, how much cardio.
how long have you kept the specified times/wk going for?

optional:
systolic/diastolic
age

*of course, plz no post-coffee or early morning heart rates, but also: if you do carotid, please say so, especially if you are doing multiple counts or a long-ass duration count on your carotid. wrist preferred.

I've seen 38 on a HRM using a chest strap while waking up in the morning. At the time I was on my bike minimum 5 days a week going to and from work between 5 and 12 miles each way depending on the day, plus running a few times a week. General mid-day RHR tends to be in the 50s.

Unfortunately I'm sure it's higher since I've done very little since getting injured other than the marathon.

Week of workouts: Crossfit.com workouts 3 days on 1 off, running 6 days / week, swimming 3-5 days / week. Generally: Lift/Swim AM, Run PM. 1-2 days of running are either hills or intervals of 200-800 meter repeats. One longer run of 8-12 miles / week.
Hardcore working out since May. Before that, was on and off for a couple years.
Gave blood last week, BP: 115 / 65

edge is better for cycling.. mostly because it's made for cycling instead of wrist
