Huge party today/tonight I have to cook for about 30 people.

Family is in town for my cousins wedding and today is the eat and get the hell out of here after wedding party.

So I have about 25-30 lbs of shrimp and 4 racks of pork ribs to make.

I'm going to do a shrimp boil with corn and potatoes.

And actually I am going to dust them with Old Bay.

And the ribs will be par boiled and cooked on the grill.

Nothing special except some bbq sauce.

we did a low country boil a few weeks ago, turned out pretty good except the shrimp cooked WAY too fast and were a little tough
