Integrated widescreen patch for tribes 1.

Among the new kicks in the next release of US Base (sh-thole) Lasthope will be
one for the older emjay wsfix.dll widescreen patches.

Since a number of you are using the wsfix.dll legitimately I wanted to give
you a workable migration path to continue playing with widescreen. Emjay
agreed to write me an integrated patch that would not rely on a DLL. BIHFEE.

The next lasthope is not imminent. Much work remains to be done. If you use
the older wsfix.dll patch you don't need to rush the change but its there now
if you want to try it.

I kludged up 8 permutations (ugh) of Tribes 1 executeables so there are
more flavors of the widescreen patch. If you used the old ones you were
stuck with a particular flavor. Here are the permutations:

(1.30 or 1.31FoX) * (vista or not) * (happyjump or not) + widescreen

So if you didn't want 1.31 and didn't want happyjump but did want widescreen
this is now possible.

I wanted to axe all mem.dlls 2 years ago in my servers
then hudbot 0.5 came out

Instead of killing what's left of the community, why not wait 4-5 months for iaTribes?

Here is an idea, make a 5 minute cooldown on voting. Everytime I see Code or ABC or a few other fuckers, they will just nonstop vote DX LT until it passes, and we then end up with a 20 minute vote war.

Or delete DX LT, I'd be ok with that.
