During the week with work or school it's easy to make and plan meals ahead of time. You know your schedule and what you're going to be doing. Weekends however are a bit more hectic. Do you typically plan for the weekends or do you just watch what you eat? What tips or advise can you give to keeping on track when you schedule is out of wack?

i eat dirtier on the weekends but i try to consciously watch what i take in regardless
if your schedule is out of wack that won't preclude you from keeping a count of how many calories you take in or where the bulk of your calories are coming from
unless you get drunk, then all bets are off

weekends I only eat one warm meal usually to compensate all the beer, candy, ice cream etc. I put into my system. So far.. it hasn't worked.

Replace alcohol calories with one of your meals so you can still reach your limit for the day
weekend = more exercise, so it's easy

So typically meals aren't really planned for the weekends? That surprises me honestly. I am considering just planning at least 4 meals for the weekends and just eat them whenever. I'd just eat whatever for the other two meals with no planning.
