I went apple picking recently and now have a shit load of apples. tonight i did a quick "caramelized apple" to use on ice cream or whatever.
Apples and Sugar. That's it.

Hot Pan - Add Butter and Wait for it to Foam

Add Apples and Stir - don't toss for 2 reasons 1 the apples could break up and you'll wind up with apple sauce and 2 you could get molten sugar on yourself
