I know a handful of you have had severe disconnect issues since the patch. Some of it is relative to your network/ISP/ISP Peers. Other possibilities, as you suspected, may be mods, WTF folder, and the patch.
Despite Blizzard's claims otherwise, there is a reported corruption problem with the patch downloading and processing.
If you have already done everything possible (updated your routers, checked your ports, spoke with your ISP, did your tracerts, updated your network card drivers, deleted your WTF folders and have tried enabling/disabling most of your addons that seem suspect), then try this below. It worked for a lot of people. Supposedly, the patch can potentially be corrupt when downloading it. Following these instructions will teach you how to delete the patch files in your Data folder and how to use the repair tool to redownload a new patch data file.
