Everyone says their protein is complete shit & a waste of money. I dont use it now & havent for months, but I use to. Im just wondering if you all consider it shitty protein also, cause the taste of it was great lol. Right now I use Amplified XL & from what ive been told people say its 1 of the best. Just wondering what your thoughts are.

I love Muscle Milk more than other protein powders but it was just too damn expensive.

I personally dont use muscle milk anymore because of the expense but to my knowledge it's a great MRP with coconut oil/MCTs and several nutrients not found in regular 100% whey proteins

Muscle milk isnt really a lean protein, PWO it would be ok for the insulin spike but other than that there is too much unnecessary sugars put into it which really doesnt even make it that that much better.

Really depends what you subscribe to...

Are you the guy that eats plain chicken breast and broccoli for lunch every day, or the guy that works out hard and tries to eat good?

unless you are a competitive body builder, I really wouldn't give a shit about a few extra grams of sugar in my protein.

Or the guy who watches what he eats and would rather have the 20g of carbs and fat in another form than in a shake

ON Gold Standard Whey (http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products/100-whey-gold-standard-p-201.html)

Chocolate Mint flavor rocks rocks.

I take that pre/post workout. I'm getting great results from one serving of 100% Casein Protein (http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products/100-casein-protein-p-219.html) right before bed. I don't wake up hungry, either.

Muscle Milk has a ton of fats. MCTs are good in moderate doses, but Muscle Milk overdoes it.

it's good stuff

i make protein powder last by not using it every day (it's more of a last ditch thing actually)
