Perfect example of what I've been rocking lately. This track is fucking siiiick! The break at ~2:30 is fucking nuts.

I usually just find a decent album and play through it skipping any slower songs when I run.

currently I've really been digging:
Sick Puppies: Tri-Polar
Rob Zombie: The Sinister Urge (very awesome for running)
All that remains: Overcome
Avenged Sevenfold: Avenged Sevenfold

The sound quality on this sucks but believe me, at this gym this is GREAT for lifting.

I've gotten into:
Queens of the Stoneage (esp. Misfit Love, 3's and 7's, First it Giveth, Song for the Deaf, You think i ain't worth a dollar, Avon, If Only, Tension Head, I think I lost my Headache, Tangled up in plaid, burn the witch)
Type O Negative (Black #1, Bloody Kisses, Love you to Death, pretty much anything from these guys rocks hard and gives a straight-focused mindset to pump iron)
White Zombie/Rob Zombie (I still love Astro-Creep 2000 the most)
Tool (Aenima, Lateralus and Undertow)
Soundgarden (Badmotorfinger, Superunknown, Louder than Love)
Sevendust (I have the best of album, but all their LP's are awesome)
Old Chilli Peppers (Freaky Styley, UMPP, Self-Titled and BSSM)
RATM
Orgy (social enemies, blue monday and all the same off self-titled LP)
NIN (especially downward spiral, pretty hate machine and the fragile)
Kyuss (all albums are fucking incredible)
Jerry Cantrell (Degradation trip vol. 1 & 2 if you can find it)
Faith No More (Angel Dust and King for a Day, Fool for a lifetime)
Filter (Columind, Welcome to the Fold)
Dimmu Borgir (Puritania)

I listen to a huge variety of music. Usually heavier rock, funk-esque. I get bored easily listening to the same shit though which explains my ever-rotating sequences.
