NoFiX 09-03-2009, 04:53 PM Everyone should do this. NoFiX 09-03-2009, 06:29 PM Oh. You said accessible. Sorry ;( bugs_ 09-03-2009, 07:10 PM Well I've got 7.4 gigs of stuff (but not the holy grail). I don't have a recycle bin but I do have /dev/null. DiSk 09-03-2009, 10:23 PM 200$ and i will send you 12 gigz worth of messy source code Plasmatic 09-04-2009, 12:24 AM I'll send you 12 gigs worth of messy ass to mouth porn for free! Amadeus 09-04-2009, 04:17 AM I'm having really stinky farts at work right now, but luckily I'm the only one in the room and the windows are open. 2%Sniper 09-04-2009, 01:54 PM ^dayum FishStix 09-04-2009, 04:34 PM I just played PlayTribes about 4 minutes ago. It was kewl. NoFiX 09-04-2009, 06:06 PM The cool factor wears off after you realize it's Tribes 1.11 with transparent updates. Lemon 09-05-2009, 03:32 AM The cool factor wears off after you realize it's Tribes 1.11 with transparent updates. I'm wondering about the online part. Will shitty work computers with shitty g-cards deliver? Aldaron 09-05-2009, 03:49 AM I'm wondering about the online part. Will shitty work computers with shitty g-cards deliver? Probably. Tribes can now run relatively smoothly on the crappiest Dell machine from six years ago. It ran perfectly on my Compaq 5900z with a 16 MB Diamond Stealth III a decade ago. I'd be very surprised if that changed much. HaPpY 09-05-2009, 04:00 AM there should be some reward for keeping a dead horse alive for so long Amadeus 09-05-2009, 04:26 AM it's not alive though a vegetable at best NoFiX 09-05-2009, 10:01 AM I'm wondering about the online part. Will shitty work computers with shitty g-cards deliver? The major difference is forced OpenGL ( no software mode ), and higher res textures ( not by default, as far as I know the default textures are straight conversions from the originals ). I'll do a couple tests later on an older box. Kinda curious, myself. bugs_ 09-05-2009, 07:09 PM Got some systems with atom processors recently - reminds me of the 486sx25 - the floating point is very weak. The new stuff should be checked on the atom. Plasmatic 09-07-2009, 11:28 AM Fix, I've been testing on a variety of crappy boxes and it seems to run just fine. No increased overhead for opengl at all. Bugs, my laptop is a 1.5 celeron from years ago and it does fine. | ||
