Hello  I am trying to put together a CCNP lab while i study for the CCNP thus I am going to need a few routers/switches. If you have a router/switch you are looking to get rid of please PM me or respond in this thread. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE turn on the router/switch do a "sh ver" and copy/paste the output into the thread or the pm. I am looking to make sure the devices can run IOS 12.4 or have the ability to be upgraded with memory to run 12.4.

Thanks

Have a Cisco 1720 here. It's old, has a T1 module in it though.

Don't know if it's upgradable to 12.4. Here is the output requested:
Router>sh ver
Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software
IOS (tm) C1700 Software (C1700-Y-M), Version 12.1(8c), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
Copyright (c) 1986-2002 by cisco Systems, Inc.

Image text-base: 0x80008088, data-base: 0x805ED0F8

ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 12.0(3)T, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Router uptime is 1 minute
System returned to ROM by reload
System image file is "flash:c1700-y-mz.121-8c.bin"

cisco 1720 (MPC860) processor (revision 0x601) with 24576K/8192K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID JAD061807B9 (1068773436), with hardware revision 0000
M860 processor: part number 0, mask 32
Bridging software.
X.25 software, Version 3.0.0.
1 FastEthernet/IEEE 802.3 interface(s)
1 Serial network interface(s)
WIC T1-DSU
32K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.
8192K bytes of processor board System flash (Read/Write)

Configuration register is 0x2102

You can have it for $20 + shipping.

I'll throw in a console cable too.

Edit: Looks like you need 16mb flash & 48 mb main memory to run 12.4, so you'd need to upgrade both.

ive had it for a while, PT does not do any of the advanced shit that the CCNP calls for and dynamips,gns3 are very unstable in larger networks for simulating BGP and other routing protocols.

packet tracer does not work for CCNP/CCIE level, that is what i am trying to say. If you are studying for the CCNP/CCIE and need help PM me and i can set you up with GNS3 configs so you can run all the CCNP/CCIE labs with real cisco IOS's.
