I've got a curve for verizon. It's in good condition except for the back cover. The spring loaded latch that keeps it locked is broken. The cover stays in place, but its easily moved. When I used it I kept it in a case, so it wasn't a factor. Let me know if you're interested.

no, unlocked = GSM

I'm guessing your phone was for AT&T or T-Mobile, which are in no way possible compatible with Sprint or Verizon :(
