Shoulder pain when squatting

I recently starting getting shoulder pains when getting into position to squat. I've been squatting for 2 years now and this pain just started pretty recently, and only in my left shoulder. I try to stretch it before squatting but I can't seem to locate it or feel it until I get into position.

Getting into position with the bar behind my shoulder is pretty painful, and this is before there's any weight even resting on my shoulder. The pain settles after awhile and I can push through it to finish my sets but it feels like it's getting worse. The pain also seems to bother me on the bottom part of my shoulder presses, especially the last reps of a set. Anyone know where this pain is coming from and what I should be doing?

I'm going to see a doctor today just to be safe. I'll let you guys know how it goes. In the mean time, anyone want to throw together a workout routine that'll keep me off working my rotator cuff? (which is what I suspect it is)

Went to my primary care physician, kind of a waste of time. He basically told me it's definitely a rotator cuff issue, he said he can't diagnose it and I'll need to go to a specialist and get a MRI. He said to try to just not do anything on it for a little over a week and take anti-inflammatory drugs and see if it'll heal on its own.
