I've lost 23 lbs already with another 27 to go and I was considering taking a supplement for cutting. I've heard about Muslce Igniter but it looks expensive and it won't last long, on a supplement review site im reading it didn't get a good review but this Universal Animal Cuts is getting great reviews. Should I consider using these or just keep going as I am?

Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't you still in high school? Don't worry about supplements and stuff

I was trying to figure out if he did something clever with whole/hole but I guess it was just the saying he was proud of.

keep going as you are, if you hit a plateau that a week off won't fix, give it a shot.

Sometimes just the placebo effect will get you through.

If you are just casually wondering about taking a supplement, don't take it. They are 1% of your training and that's only if you've hit a plateau. Diet & workout is everything. Don't waste your money.
