This is the stuff to take when you hit your plateau. Ive been taking this for a few years but never ate right. Now that I am eating better and quit working with only weights, I have lost 46 pounds since mid-June. I was 223 when I started my first Atro Phex cycle and waited 3 weeks before starting again.
im at 178 now.

you lost 46 pounds in 2 months??
that's amazing, do you have any before/after pics? How much BF% did you lose?
it took me about 10 months to lose ~55 pounds (unfortunately i lost some muscle mass too), but i didn't use any thermogenics, it just sounded/seemed unhealthy, but i've read on bb.com about a lot of people that swear by that stuff especially to cut that last bit of extra fat for a defined/ripped look
tell me about your cardio and "diet"

I lost 50lbs in 2 months. People will go on and on about how unhealthy it is and that it can't be maintained and you'll lose a lot of muscle, unhealthy, etc. Bullshit.
Unhealthy? maybe carrying around 50 extra pounds is unhealthy?
Can't maintain it? I have for like 8 or 9 years now.
Lose muscle? I really didn't give a shit how much I could bench press or how big my muscles looked while I was carrying around 50lbs.
I basically just ate crazy clean did light weights + treadmill. Breakfast was a piece of wheat toast, fried egg, and a protein shake, lunch was half a smoked chicken and a cup of beans, supper was a protein and some sort of vegetables. 800-1200 calories a day.

eat smaller portions..not to get full but to eat until youre not hungry anymore...slow down while you eat. no red meat. i hit the rowing machine for 30 min after some other form of cardio (p90x for 20-30 min) or pullups/dips or just dumbell workouts
i quit using my bench and heavy weights altogether
