I'm not looking for, I'm giving.

RIVALUS® Sports Nutrition Online - ENCHARGE® Athletes Creatine (http://www.rivalus.net/index.php?page=shop.produ ct_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=18&category_id=8&manufacturer_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=26)

kicks the shit out of purple k/any other creatine monohydrate I've used.

RIVALUS® Sports Nutrition Online - PROMASIL® 2.33 lb - Milk Chocolate (http://www.rivalus.net/index.php?page=shop.produ ct_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=21&category_id=8&manufacturer_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=26)

Is probably the best protein I've tried or even seen in terms of content/mixing/taste. I'm somewhat irritated that there is no ingredient list on the webpage.

I can't vouch for anything else they sell because I don't use them.

If you don't believe my awesome less-than-anecdotal suggestions I think you should try these at least once if you can get a hold of them.

No, I'm not associated with Rivalus. They are just semi-local and awesome and I don't know that most people are aware of what they are missing.

Creatine sucks ass.

And if you're thinking you're getting something special by paying $60 for 2lbs of whey you might be mildy retarded.

It's 2.33lbs and that price is CAD.

Of course, it's 59.99 at the GNC here pre-Gold Card, I'm not sure why the site has the price that high.

Oh wait you're a guy smurfing as "Kuruyami", I'm wasting my time.

Well, I do like to read my own posts.

If you wanna troll the sub forums, at least don't be a fucking retard doing it.

As far as supplement suggestions go, my favorite cheap protein is vitamin shoppe(not world) brand chocolate. Even mixed only with water it is ridiculously delicious, once a month it's buy one get one free also. Right down there with the cheapest of the cheap, and you can avoid buying online if you care to.

Also, CLA. Kinda like fish oil, a healthy fat. Claims have been made that it can actually help reduce belly fat specifically. While I'm fully away of the placebo affect and all that, I have to say I really believe in this stuff.

ZMA. Any performance or health benefits? I really don't know, even anecdotally, but I have read that some CRAZY percentage of 'active' males are zinc deficient, and you need zing to make testosterone, and when I take this stuff I wake up at 3AM mid coitus with my girlfriend.

You've taken CLA and thought it was beneficial?

Also, it looks like I don't get enough zinc. Time to start taking my multivits.

like i said - it's just anecdotal, but yeah, I'm a fan

If money was a factor in supplements it would be my first cut though, if that says anything.
