SkivviS 08-02-2009, 03:23 PM i prefer all natural...the furthest i go is occasionally mixing some why into some ovaltine if i feel like i need more protein
just seems to be better if you can get results you like to not put a lot of excess stuff into you
thoughts/opinions?
most supplements are garbage
the rights ones however are worth your time because they will expedite your results
if you don't want that, thats your decision
sarbuze 08-02-2009, 04:24 PM The only thing I take is Endurox and only 1 or 2 times per week after very intense workouts or long cardio session.
Sir Lucius 08-02-2009, 04:44 PM I think there's obviously stuff out there that works, MLB has shown that. The real question is how much of the legal stuff actually works.

I've been working out and not eating a shitload of protein like I used to and I'm still gaining strength and mass.
So I have several containers of muscle milk that are really just sitting there.

Yeah, well whatever the case may be - you don't need 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. That's just retarded.
ReneG8 08-02-2009, 10:53 PM I'm mostly trying to lose weight, why would I use supplements ?
Bomba 08-02-2009, 11:07 PM a multi vitamin might be nice for you. if ur losing weight u might be shorting urself of some vitamins and minerals
