Ive been doing some reading and found this supplement being mentioned. I had never heard of it, as all i really take is a multi-v and whey protien. Has anyone taken this? Any opinions?

oh look a dumb thread about a "new and exciting" supplement with no credible studies to back it up. go figure
but hey heres one to show it doesn't do anything

heres a tip: if a supplement is being recommended to you (especially in really retarded language) by a website trying to sell you it there is about a 99% chance it's crap.

If you're interested in building muscle and losing fat, I would suggest a testosterone booster + anti aromatase (estrogen blocker) such as Novedex XT by Gaspari Nutrition.
I am speaking from experience on this. I do have low body fat and crazy strength, and I can honestly attribute it to several supplements.
Pre-workout Supplement: Jack3d or Superpump 250. Jack3d is more of a mental focus, while superpump offers a more animal-like drive. It's simply preference here.
Protein Supplement: Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein. 2 scoops in morning, 2 scoops post workout, 1 scoop later at night for a snack.
Test booster: Novedex XT - 2 capsules before bed. This will give you dry gains and by the end of two months of Novedex, you will look more ripped than you ever have. I can guarantee that.

HMB is a waste of money
Pretty much all i needed to hear. I wasnt finding too much info on it online, and what i did find was pretty outrageous. nothing legal can produce what some sites are claiming HMB can do.
I read about it on muscle & fitness, but im starting to think they will recommend just about anything if its made by a sponsor.

Reposting what I said in the other thread so people don't take your retarded fucking advice.
Novedex XT isn't a test booster nor an estrogen blocker. It's garbage and a name brand tactic for sales. They're trying to make you think its nolvadex(tamoxifen citrate), a prescription strength estrogen blocker used for breast cancer patients and AAS users who are on cycle and for post cycle therapies.
You're just another dumbass buying into GNC and ripped magazine advertisements. Natural test boosters don't boost your testosterone enough to need an AI. You don't even need an AI for weaker steroids like anavar, turinabol, EQ, winstrol and various others.
Stop wasting your money on supplements that give you nothing but placebo effect. Spend your money on good food and protein.
Oh, and stop recommending shit you shouldn't be recommending.
I like this guy Dave Dildo.
