just bought one. Gonna feed to the kids in the morning. Made some mashed taters, bought some apple sauce. If they like it I might tell tell them what it is.

i ate it knowing what it was in advance. tasted like sausage, had the texture of fat. not particularly fond of it

Oh boy that was pretty bad. It tasted OK, but that texture made me retch. Couldn't get it down for the life of me. I hope that tongue comes out better.

bite down a bit on your own tongue. now imagine try to chew and swallow that, albeit cooked

you may want to try white pudding as well, it uses oatmeal instead of congealed blood
