the best breakfast burrito EVER

carne asada
refried beans
eggs
cheese
salsa

order one from your local burrito shop in the morning, thank me later

but as far as making a big awesome one, it's a burrito man come on...the most important part is how you fold it and making sure the tortilla isn't dried out and/or over cooked

try taking something ordinary and covering it with like enchilada sauce, or maybe pressing it in a panini press to "grill" it (like taco bell does lol)

Oi, we have a breakfast burrito on our morning menu, it's one of the more annoying things to make

Just copy Chipotle for burritos :D
Avocado, a light lime & cilantro rice, salsa, pulled pork, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. BALLA

Masa is what you use to make tortillas.

we usually make taco's at least once a week...toppings will vary.

They may include:
Pulled Chicken - typically spiced with Ancho and Chipotle peppers
Guac - always with lots of lime, red onions, tomatoes and cilantro
salsa - take 2 tomatoes, half a small onion, garlic (roasted is best) and chillies - 1 lime juice - put in blender.
pickled red onions - red onions, sea salt, sweat - add vinegar and chilli to cover.
refried beans - take can of beans - sautee onions, garlic, cumin - add beans and water, simmer - add cilantro - smash - lime juice to finish.

enjoy

this is what i make fairly often.

i use either hamburger or if i have left over chicken (from cooking whole beer can chickens) i will shred that.

take your cooked meat and generously add Mcormicks Taco Seasoning
https://ssl101.webhosting.optonli ne.net/peachsamericanfoods.com/merchantmanager/images/uploads/taco_1.gif and a half cup to a cup of water depending on how much meat you have.

Simmer till the sauce is nice and thick. Of course you could be like mofo and make the seasoning yourself but this stuff is pretty cheap at costco and tastes good as fuck.

as for the rest of the stuff that goes in a burrito. Add whatever you like.
