This actually makes me have hope for Iranians. The American press would have you beleive all Iranians are religious zealots bent upon our destruction.

They seem like they want real change, to become more mainstream.

That's not the media I see. They portray the government of Iran as such.

Up until we invaded countries on two sides of Iran, the reformers were making good progress and it looked like the coming generation was going to go for the reformers as well

Can't have a real democracy without the blood of tyrants. It's Go Time, young Iranians. Good luck.

Cliff notes for the dumb: Iranian presidential election looks fraudulent. Some areas are experiencing riots. Looks like there might be another election.

Unfortunately, the only way that Ahmedinejad (Sp?) will leave power is after someone puts a gun to his head and pulls the trigger.

Perhaps the people of Iran will get sick of the massive inflation and poor leadership and take control of their country finally.

Wow, that got extreme fast. Last I read people were just unsure of the results Many were projecting Mousavi to win, if only by a small percentage, but I think the final numbers were Ahmadinnerjacket winning by 64%, which is completely ridiculous. You think if they would fix the vote they would make his win something that sounded more realistic.

It's an Islamic version of communism over there. They won't be free of that without a bloody civil war.

It's OBVIOUS what is going on:

The Ayatolla want to put in a new puppet that doesn't say they're going to nuke Israel every day. They can pronounce "Obama has influenced us! He's so well spoken and eloquent! We  the dirty big nosed Jews now!" So the IAEA will get off their back while they finish their nukes.

The radio just said the Ayatolla certified the election as it was, basically rubber stamping Achminejdiapijfpie as the winner.
