It happens to me too, one thing I've found that helps is the new stand and stuff taco shells from old ortega. Not only do they taste great you can more easily play games while eating your favorite food.

bugs disabled zadmin local spam throttling so he can do that
the difference is the local spam is perhaps every half second while some scripts try to hit the server a thousand times a second
