So I have been buying some gear on ebay lately. Getting some really good deals.

Just picked up these two gems...

Vintage Synth Explorer - E-mu Morpheus (http://www.vintagesynth.com/emu/morpheus.shtml)

Vintage Synth Explorer - Akai S-900 (http://www.vintagesynth.com/akai/s900.shtml)

Anyone else get any vintage gear from ebay?

nothing as far as hardware, but I did grab this.. (half price)

Buy Native Instruments KOMPLETE SYNTHS | Virtual Instrument Bundles | Musician's Friend (http://pro-audio.musiciansfriend.com/product/Native-Instruments-Komplete-Synths?sku=702967&src=3WFRWXX&ZYXSEM=0&CAWELAID=89324195)

Nice. I have had Komplete for a long time now. Love that package.

I cant wait to start sampling a ton of drums into the new sampler. 12bit crunchy goodness.

If I had the money I would look into buying a PRS Custom on Ebay, but unfortunately they're too damn expensive. :[

Dude.....there's many ways to get a nice 12-bit sample sound out of something you could record today, if you want crunchy.

I know a dude who has a circuit-bent casio sk-1, for example.

Yeah the SK-1's are nice. Unfortunately you cannot multi-sample on them. One sound only. And there is no way to save the samples. I got the S900 for $94.00. Cant really beat that.
