IDK how many of you read my blog (http://blogs.cardrunners.com/brystmar), so I thought I'd share this interesting entry from last month with those of you who don't:
I played the biggest pot (in terms of BBs) of my poker career recently, and I'm happy to report that I got my money in about as far ahead as is possible in PLO -- allin with 83% equity HU on the turn. Sadly, I did not win this massive 1350BB pot. Check it out: $5,388.80 pot at 2/4PLO (http://www.pokerhand.org/?3753864) = 1347 big blinds. By far the biggest pot in terms of BBs I've ever played online.
Villain was a huge action fish that had been going nuts for the previous half hour or so. Example (http://www.pokerhand.org/?3755315). The average pot at our 2/4 table exceeded $800 at one point, and there was >$14k on the table just before I finally busted him (http://www.pokerhand.org/?3754136). I still can't believe how much crazy action this guy was giving. This is why I play PLO.
Hopefully he will be back! Session graph:
