Sad thing is, I've got all the hard training done in the intell and memory skills done, so moving my charisma there wont do a whole lot. My perception is already high, so diminishing returns is going to eat into any points I dump there. Only thing I can see a long term training gain would be willpower.
Oh well, better late then never.
On the drone range increase, seems like the 250km thing is actually them raising the hard limit. They're not in fact increasing all drones control ranges to 250km, those are still going to be small and effected by the ECM drone skill (53km for my drones!)
