Its about charisma and having it play a role in ambulation. I've got a base of 14 charisma. I've petitioned it, nothing. Tried to get movements started to add some secondary effect to your charisma atrib, nothing.

Ambulation seems like a perfect oppurtunity to put some small added bonus to those of us that either didnt have clear starting instructions, roleplay, or dont min/max.
