2 questions. New careers and Collectors edition?

If I buy the CE version does the extra content come from codes I can apply to my current account? What about the "game time" ?

I want the book thing to get extra exp on new characters.. and the new quests. The faces look lame. I'm willing to pay the money cause i'm obviously a loser. So lets skip that.

and when are the 2 new careers coming?
