AP/UB are auxillery sites that were notoriously shady to begin with. People ALWAYS had trouble with security and moving money around on them, the support on the sites were minimal and generally they were poorly run. Places like Stars/Full Tilt spend HUGE amounts of money on security and support, theres just no way something like that would happen there.
