So what levels do u do solo until grouping etc?

I have been doing the solo play mission for a bit now level 8..should I keep going on that for now?

I'm 25 and I'm thinking I may start needing to group around now.

I can't say I'm a big fan of grouping in this game. I try to target a mob then I end up accidentally attacking one of my group members. I don't like much about grouping in this game. Seems like it's made more for the solo'er.

I've also heard epic zones are a joke although I haven't tried them.

yeah assist keys etc need to be added as well as the ability to see group members on the minimap

How do you guys have your keys set up?

I play on a PVP server but I have the general attacks 123 as the defaults but my specials I put on the number pad. However then I don't have my right hand on the mouse so I can't move...

There is an assist key but I want a lazy assist where whatever my target is focusing on I change with him.

Does this game have matchmaking or anything? I can never find people for the quests or instances I need

Yea, go to the people tab next to your friends one. And then you can run searches for people based on class, lvl, and region/instance. Still almost no one uses it so its not that great.

That sounds about right. At around 10 just go explore and clear up what you can, without wasting too much time avoiding pvp in white sands.

YOu want to mostly focus on the night destiny stuff eventually so you can move on.

Eh solo till 50-60 imo and then find grind groups.

I was 22 when I left tortage, 32 when I left conall's valley, 41 when I left wild lands to head to field of the dead and I only grouped one time to run sanctum.

This is with taking time to PVP a ton and otherwise screw around and I was at like 2 days and changed played.

do Sanctum and any other group quests you can find on the way. it's fun.

I'm 42 and have been messing around in the noble city area...what a piece of shit zone. 75% of the quests are broken, the Arena area is beyond fucked as far as bugs are concerned, and all the other dungeon zones attached to the main zone aren't instanced, so they're infested with players all trying to kill a few slowly spawning bosses.

Fuck that place, I'm heading to the Fields of the Dead.

Yea, went to Nobles tonight and it sucked it up. For some reason all of us were getting about a 10-15 drop in FPS there and started getting large increases in ping. Zone has WAYYY too many guard outposts (often with 4-8 guards) and this coupled with the constant line of sight from all the buildings anyone can run from you quite easily. Most of the night was spent running from guards b/c my retarded pets chased someone into them or mark of devourer was ticking on somebody.

On the other hand Field of the Dead is probably the best structured pvp zone in the game with the bridges, roads into choke points, rivers to hide in, and outcroppings. I am loving the pvp there.

I still think Noble's is a shitty zone, but I stayed with it and made it to 44 tonight, finishing up all the non-broken quests, and luckily stumbling upon someone that told me how to "fix" a couple of the broken ones.

The Villa's quests are certainly worth doing, as are the ones from the guard captain in the barracks. Some decent stuff drops in the Villas, and the end reward for the captain's quest is a pretty nice lvl 40 weapon for tank types.

I probably just had him targeted then. I haven't grouped much.
