depends if your are raiding. If you aren't, you don't need too much spell hit, but if you are fighting bosses you need to work towards 203 spell hit without sacraficing too much spell dmg.

I am gonna raid with it. Currently 909 shadow damage buffed with Fel Armor and Imp. Spirit. 89 hit. So I've reached the hit cap for affliction spells w/ supression correct? So now the question is should I regem my +9 damage ones with +4hit5dmg to increase Shadowbolt dps?

supression does not affect shadow bolt, your #1 damage spell.

I know that, my question is. Regem and lose 48 spell damage and gain 48 hit? Or leave it as it is and get more hit gear?
