Server List for Early Access

The gates to Age of Conan open in just a few days from now and legions of adventurers can hardly wait to set foot on Hyborian soil. Many want to chose their future home (also known as ‘Server’) beforehand and we know the list below has been eagerly awaited.

Since we know how important those server names are we ran several polls on all our community forums to find out which names each territory prefers the most. We then distributed those names among the different territories/languages.

These servers are the ones that will be available on 17th of May when the Early Access play starts. The servers are scaled to modern industry standards, and will hopefully serve as your home for years to come! During Early Access we will closely monitor the number of players on each server to find out which types are the popular ones. Additional servers will then be made available for launch.

So, what'll it be?

Unfortunately they made no mention of what servers might be on what coast (they may be all central, who knows) or designation of EST, PST, etc servers.

I actually got an op to put that in the topic of the official funcom #ageofconan IRC channel, haha.

Supposedly the servers are located in NJ but who knows.

TW go pvp?

I'll probably roll some name holders on both a PVE and PVP server, so yeah... we should "officially" pick one of each.

I've heard that all US servers are physically located in NJ as well.

I guess a player time zone designation will probably be chosen for each server by the community as in previous MMOs. The only group they actually recommended a server for were oceanic players.

By the way it's gonna be hard to name-reserve with only 8 character slots TOTAL :( total bullshit IMO. Need more slots.

Seems alot of the old school pvp guild are rolling on Deathwhisper, tyranny, and bane.

Doomsayer and Bloodspire will have lower pops

I say we make Bane, the PVP server for TW.

Serenity Now has apparently chosen the Bane server. SN is rolling on Bane (http://www.serenity-now.org/forums/index.php?topic=4979.0)

For those of you interested in having a backup char or two on a PVE server, do it on Set.

Hopefully the PVP experience on Bane won't be terrible. :)

If TW PVP people are rolling on bane, I hope SN would happily open invites to all members of TW :)

Set seems to be a pretty popular PVE pre-release choice on the forums, so that's where me and my friends will throw our PVE chars.
