LUFKIN, Texas - Nintendo of America Inc. was ordered to pay a small East Texas gaming company $21 million Wednesday for infringing on a patent while designing controllers for its popular Wii and GameCube systems.

God, it almost seems worth it to open up a fake business somewhere, setup a bunch of patents under said fake company's name, then sit there and let it brew like a mine field and wait for one of the big boys to come even remotely close to one of your ideas...
