yea need to know is it an elite or premium and can oyu check to see if it has the falcon chip? To do this look on the side of the Box for the sticker that has the serial number on it. If the Lot # 735 or higher it has a Falcon chip

yeah or just check it's manufacture date, if it was made in 2008 you know it's a falcon
i wonder if it's hard to find a falcon in stores these days, i found one at a gamestop in like february

Ok, from what I can tell, the MFR Date was 08-29-2006. So no falcon ship. Not sure whether or not its good or bad, but all I can say is that I will be selling with warrenty information.

good question DrSupey. Im not really sure and i do know mine now is tied to my name so i guess i would call 1800 4 my XBOX and find out for sure. Unless OP is jsut gonna give a in store receipt or something
