So I have been lifting for about 4 years.. basically since my sophomore year in High School.. I have been a constant 5'11" and about 150lbs.. athletic figure that I benefitted from when it came to Football, Basketball, and Track. I lifted but never really saw benefits.. last year I was doing sets on about 145lbs for bench and was not really "big".

Then I started using NO2 about 3 months ago.. I have gained 25lbs, now weigh 180lbs, do sets on 190lbs and max at 250lbs on bench. Its weird because since I have started using NO2, I have gotten taller to. It could be just the timing and I just happen to get a growth spurt at age 21 but I highly doubt it.. All I know is that No2 is freakin awesome and I have benefitted greatly.. before and after pictures to follow soon...

Bench went from 145db-->190db
Skull crushes 65-->85
Bicep seated curls 20lb DBs --->40lb dbs
db incline 45lbs--> 65lb dbs
db bench--50lbs-->70lb dbs

Any other NO2 users?

Hows it all in my head if I have been doing the same exercises for four years and using Whey Protein and not noticing anything and then I switch to NO2 and Muscle Milk and get huge? Its sort of a controlled experiment and I have seen that it [NO2] works for me.

well NO2 can't make you get any bigger. If you were eating enough to gain weight, you would be gaining weight (fat or muscle). If you suddenly started gaining more weight than before, you started eating more calories. 25 lbs over 3 months is pretty aggressive, watch your body fat %.

if you actually got 25lbs in 3 months that's probably 50% fat

also, i lol'd at this

well you didn't add that you were gulping down muscle milk like a little fatty.

of course the steam roller of calories is going to help you lift more and gain weight.

People that take NO2 and Creatine do it for an extra rep or 2 per set. These things are not magic. The numbers you put up are more along the lines of hgh and the like.

you say you've been lifting for near 4 years and those were your initial numbers before the injection of fat to your body? You must be doing something wrong. And the fact that I don't see a squat, military press, or dead lift on there screams to me that you have no idea what you're doing.

I'm not saying all this because i want to make you look like an ass (because you are) I just want you to understand that you need to not be telling other people about this because then you just start telling the world what an idiot you are. If you want help as far as working out correctly however i think you have come to the right place, just got off to a bad start.

i wouldnt say loaded, aren't there like 15g per 21g of protein? I don't think that would hurt a heavy lifter trying to put on mass as long as you didnt drink them before bed.

sure but you could save a ton of money and just eat more of what you have around the house rather than use the muscle milk.

because if its all in your head. instead of a 30 dollar bottle of pills take a sheet of paper to the gym and try to beat your best, bring a friend to push you a little harder. There is a lot you can do for free that isn't spending extra money.

i work in the supplement industry. every supplement except multivit/mineral and 1 serving of a quality egg protein is garbage and does absolutely nothing except empty your wallet

I'm going to buy some NO2 tomorrow. I'd like to be a few inches taller and put on 10 pounds of pure muscle every month.

i really have no problem with people that take supplements. Hell I take creatine for a good portion of the year. I'm just against people thinking these things are miracle drugs. His claim to put on that much muscle, GROW!, and start magically putting up those weights thanks to NO2 are ridiculous.
