Fonzie 05-05-2008, 09:44 PM Earlier in the year, I wanted to put on some weight for my hockey season so I was taking Creatine and Nitric Oxide. I put on about 17 pounds in two months and kept it throughout the season for the most part. I decided to get off the Creatine and obviously deflated now.
Just curious as to what you guys take and why.

I was taking creatine, but i honestly don't think it did anything. I was doing 5+ grams a day, and drinking more than enough water, but I didn't seem to get any heavier at all. Might have slightly increased my weights, but it's tough to say.
edit: found a really good non biased source on creatine http://www.absolute-creatine.com (don't let the name fool you)
I think I'm going to get back on it for a while, as it sounds like you're a fool not to take it.
