How do you guys maintain a good 5's team. My initial approach was to recruit 2 of every class to have replacements in case someone can't make it. Anyway with a full roster it's rare that we have 5 on. We hit 1700 really easily on BG9 and then a few had to go, but it seems like a struggle just to manage a 5's group.
I was just wondering what some people do to coordinate players to get on and play. Keep in mind these guys are not in my guild, have raids etc. Just wondering what some competitive teams to do retain and utilize active players.

set a time, agree on it
if a person fails to show up 2 weeks in a row, they get kicked off
helps that 3 of the people on the team are my rl friends though

I found players that were repeatedly on good teams and very active in game, and chatted them up about maybe setting up a team.
If they weren't up for playing a lot of games, I looked for someone new. If your team is competitive ArenaJunkies.com has excellent potential for finding dedicated new players... that's how I've found most of my new players and/or new teams.

It's our biggest problem. I've made about 3 threads in our private forums regarding PvP and a 5s team already. I always get about 6-7 responses, but with leading the raid, I really don't feel like leading an arena 5s either. Our high rated players already have their 5 too.
Either way, no one really wants to organize it, and I don't even really feel like logging in during non-raid nights.

The most important part is setting a specific time that you play every week.
Obviously you can play more if people are on, but you need a set time that everyone can make so you're assured of a couple hours a week.
