I moved my warrior (Smaq) to Onyxia when xfers were free in January and then moved my priest maybe a month ago, about 2 weeks before 2.4 and Sunwell was released. The Core was really cool with my decision, I simply needed a breather from endgame raiding before we started 4-5 day raid weeks again.

Raiding started to feel like a job rather than a fun way to spend my time ingame. With Sunwell about to come out people were just too uptight and there wasn't much fun to be had. With Adren's guild I don't need any loot at all so I don't have that to worry about, I simply login and bullshit all night with atleast 20 of 25 raidmembers there to have fun first and foremost. It's not perfect and people do blow up (25 competitive and arrogant people in vent, I'm sure you can guess what could happen), but I enjoy my time ingame now.

We could probably use a nice elemental or resto shaman or a shadowpriest, most other classes are full or overflowing and so far turnover hasn't really leveled out. Adren's raid roster is probably only ~30 deep and 25 or more are from TW/Tribes.

The hyjal rep rings are borderline legendary quality.

A lot of people joined us/wanted to join us after they saw our potential. We're not a world guild, nor will we be even close to a US ranked guild, but we're not retards. We learn relatively fast, we just don't devote as much time.

That's pretty much the ideal guild. My current one is sort of like that except it's full of morons with a few good guys spread in between.
