T:1 Crashing, Help Me Please!

Hello all, I am having a problem with tribes. Everytime I am in a game it just completely freezes after a couple minutes of play, it is not a internet connection problem as I have broadband and I usually ping 40-60 on the server I play, no packet loss either. I then have to hit ctrl+alt+delete and end the process, it shows as not responding. I have tried the fresh install path as well as a fresh format. This is a default tribes, no scripts added or anything. I am out of ideas on how to fix this...

Rig: DFI Ultra-D , Opteron 165 (dual-core), 2 gig OCZ, 8800gts 320mb

Have you tried repapdnas?

Also, is it Vista?

What is repapdnas? Sorry I forgot the most important part the OS lol, XP SP2!(latest updates)

ill get it right over to you, yes i tried setting affinity
it is fixed now was a setting in the nvidia cp

run the tribes.exe in windows 98 compatibility mode and ty it again.
