So I've seen my body go through some serious changes. My gut has completely vanished, and i now have some semblance of a 6 pack!

The weight I use in deadlifts has almost doubled, and I'm considering joining a gym, as I dont have enough weight or the proper equipment to use at home.

My diet has been strict, but I had to loosen it due to the shock of cutting out all the shit. I eat whole wheat everything, no more sodas or fast food - and only a few pieces of candy here and there.

My workouts have been spotty, because I am getting lazy. Joining a gym will help me break that.

I've been putting a banana and a scoop of peanut butter into my shakes, and they taste somewhat good...or bearable.

I've been slacking gym-wise lately as well, fucking finals are fucking gay as fuck.

Either way, good shit man, keep it up. I've been thinking about starting creatine as well, anyone with some previous experience using the powdered stuff? Thanks in advance.

If you're going to do it get the cheapest shit on the shelf. Don't let them talk you into anything fancy because it hasn't been shown to do anything special. Just start taking it like they say on the maintenance cycle, don't worry about the "loading" phase. You will become less cut but will gain about 5 lbs of water.

I usually stop doing creatine durring the summer because I like to shed that water weight and show off a little more muscle then I pick it back up in the fall. So i try to take it a little less than 3/4 of the year. Everyone has their preferences so do what works for you.
