Pro Tools problem

Anyone use Pro Tools? Specificly 7.4?

I have a song in 80bpm. We recorded some accoustic guitar and to make it easier to record, I doubled the BPM to 160 later in dead space so that we could record to the click track by itself.

I booted up the project to start putting it together today, and I noticed that I cannot move those clilps in 160bpm to the 80bpm because it slows the clip down. So how do I move clips from one BPM to another without messing with the speed of the clip?

I'm a little confused. This would make sense if it was MIDI, but how would changing the bpm affect the speed of the audio? Something else is going on here, like maybe a sample rate mismatch. Did you use 2 separate projects?
